Job Description

 We are hiring for Category Analyst.

 

Designation :Team Leader.

Location : Chennai.

Experience : 7+ yrs.

CTC: upto 16 lpa.

 

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

 

·         Inventory and Assortment Management

 

·         RFXS (Request for X Supplier) Process

 

·         Vendor Relationship and Negotiations

 

·         Inventory Cleanup

 

·         Report Generation and Data Analysis

 

·         Assortment Setting and Implementation

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and catalog analysis, preferably in the automobile industry.

·         Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and procurement processes.

·         Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in data analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and inventory management systems.

·         Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

·         Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

·         Experience with category management and merchandising concepts is desirable.

·         Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
