Role: Enterprise Network Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore.

HR level -7

Who are we looking for?

Need a good Network Solution Architect performing solution role for Global client Network assessment, transformation, greenfield infrastructures. Having atleast 9 year of experience performing the role and expertise in Data Networking & Cloud Network Space associated with Routing & Switching, Network Security & Network Load Balancers.

Technical Skills:

· At least 9+ years of experience in Network Engineering Design and Implementation and overall experience of 10+ Years.

· Experience in Switching and Routing with multiple OEMs like Cisco, Silverpeak, Meraki, Viptela etc.,

o SDx

o Deployment and support experience on multicast,

o QoS,

o NAT,

o Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) in an enterprise environment

· Good exposure and working knowledge on Large Network Solutions involving Transformation, Transitions & Migrations.

· Having extensive knowledge on SDN, MPLS and BGP.

· Having Knowledge on AWS and Azure is added advantage.

o VNETs/ VPCs, Connectivity using IPSec VPN, UDR, Security Firewall, WAF, NSG, NACL, Traffic Manager, Transit gateway

· Ability to demonstrate network automation using one of the following: Ansible playbook, Terraform, Python etc.

· Experience working on network engineering projects which includes Network Implementations and Network Designs .

· M ust have experience in Telecom/Networking/System Integration Company working on global enterprise networks.

· Should have experience is design and operations of an enterprise network with a single - vendor environment. Multi-vendor environment experience desirable

· Fully competent to design Local Area Network connections in a complex and large scale datacenter.

· Successful track record of leading the technical implementation deliverables.

· Should have knowledge on WAN technologies like Leased Lines, MPLS, etc.

· Demonstrated ability to follow quality assurance processes.

· Capable of analyzing customer requirement and design/Implement per project defined process.

· Demonstrated strong personal mastery, including ethics, interpersonal skills, and engagement in continuous learning.

· Ability to present assessments & solutions

· Has ability to drive resolution of problems.

· Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.

· During troubleshooting calls have good skills in questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing.

· Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery.

Behavioral Skills :

· Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

· Somebody who has at least 9+ years of work experience in Enterprise Networking.

· Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
