Job Description

We are hiring for Quality Control Specialist (QSS)

 

Designation : Quality Control Specialist.

Location : Chennai.

Experience : 5+ yrs.

CTC: upto 10 lpa.

 

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Order Reconciliation

 

·         Orders vs Received

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.

·         Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a demonstrated track record of success in the automobile industry.

·         Expertise in order management systems (OMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and data analysis tools.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

·         Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO standards and best practices in supply chain quality assurance.

·         Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and evolving organization.
