Job Description

We are hiring for Reporting Manager.

 

Designation : Team Manager.

Location : Chennai.

Experience : 10+ yrs.

CTC: upto 22 lpa.

 

Job Summary:

5.       Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with at least 6 years of experience in a leadership or management position.

·         Expertise in SQL programming, data visualization, and business intelligence tools, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

·         Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·         Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others, build strong relationships, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·         Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitive intelligence, coupled with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
