Job Openings:

Role – SME (Voice support)

Skillset - GCP and IICS ETL processes

Experience – 3+ Years

Location – Pune

Shift timing- Rotational 24x7 shift

Weekly off - Rotational

CTC – up to 10LPA

 

·         Should have 3-6 years of experience in IICS ETL processes and in GCP Big Query, data warehouse concepts, data integration concepts, and cloud-based data platforms.

·         Experience in batch process monitoring for IICS jobs, workflows, and integration tasks to ensure smooth operation and promptly address any issues or failures.

·         Experience in troubleshooting common issues and alerts in IICS and experience in troubleshooting common issues and alerts in GCP BigQuery

·         Experience in using Control-M (Tivoli/ any other Scheduling tool) to monitor and publish execution status and load completion status notifications.

·         Experience in initial diagnosis of job failures, log analysis, understand the issues, and try to first level fix and trigger the job.

·         Good knowledge of GCP BQ/SQL  queries to analyze data and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.

·         Provide 24/7 support coverage and respond promptly to critical incidents.

·         Support batch operations to ensure data delivery within defined SLA.

·         Escalate issue to L2 team if resolution support required.

·         Experience in Incident management tool (Service now, Cherwell etc.) to support regulation of batch maintenance activities.

·         Good communication skills English.
