Job Description

We are hiring for Reporting Analyst

 

Designation : Team Lead.

Location : Chennai.

Experience : 7+ yrs.

CTC: upto 16 lpa.

 

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.       Data Analysis and Reporting

 

2.       Market Tracking and Analysis

 

3.       Pricing Strategy Development

 

4.       Adhoc Reporting and Analysis

 

5.       Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with at least 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.

·         Expertise in SQL programming and database management, with a strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

·         Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, with a demonstrated ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.

·         Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences.

·         Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

·         Certification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

·         Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modelling methodologies.
