Client is seeking a vendor experience Specialist on the Merchandising Systems & Services team (MSS) in US.

We're looking for a meticulous and organized vendor management processor. As a key member of our vendor management team, you will play a crucial role in processing and maintaining vendor-related information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Exceptional attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly paced environment is required for an ideal candidate.

 

What You’ll Do:

·                     Examine and oversee inquiries from many vendors to effectively respond, utilizing standard operating procedures.

·                     Determine the vendor requests' scope and assign them to the appropriate internal teams.

·                     Offer technical support to vendors by imparting your knowledge of vendor management platforms and SOP.

·                     Acting as a liaison between vendors and internal department.

·                     Working together with the internal team to complete margin analysis, cost updates, and BPA.

·                     Sharing brand snapshots and reports to the vendor

·                     Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements while minimizing risks.

·                     Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

·                     Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for vendor relationships, aligning with business objectives.

·                     Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve vendor management processes.

 

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze contracts and agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards in vendor management.
• Proficient in using procurement and vendor management software.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with speed and commitment to quality.
•  Proficient Excel and MS Office skills 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
